One of the best-selling items in the Hot Glass Store are glass coins. Hundreds of “coins” are scattered on top of a large mirror for patrons to investigate. These colorful sun catchers  begin when the design is carved in reverse out of graphite.  The design is  then stamped into molten glass. As much fun to give as they are to get, custom designs have been commissioned by schools, hospitals, and many other businesses. With a hand crafted and folk art feel, Vermont Hot Glass Work’s glass coins are sure to delight.
